Makaze ~ Storms Eye

Clan History:

A few centuries ago, a group of wanderers traveled village to village, like nomads, however, they usually used waited on the weather to make food, hoping for rain, sometimes the cold and hot. They were excellent gathers, but one day, while they were planting fruit seeds, a lightning storm appeared, and destroyed their entire farm and land, it also electrocuting them badly. But, these statics were different a bit, they somewhat mutated the five nomads in the group, they didn't know it YET. As they continued with their lives, hopefully not dying, they had weird rituals which hopefully gave them the weather they wanted. One day, it was morning, extremely hot, no chance of rain, but they prayed to the gods for rain to fall onto them, and usually a weird ritual, the clouds started to get darker, blocking the sun, as it began to rain. The nomads thought it was a gift from god, but ever time they did it, the same things started happening, anything they wanted from the weather it happened. One of the nomads started to go crazy, and screamed, yelling at the sky, only to find that yelling actually unlocked their weird kekkei genkai. These nomads were not ninjas originally, but the lightning might have changed them greatly. The screaming nomad yelled and yelled, until he unlocked the "chakra" deep inside him, he knew what it was, but his small brain didn't know he had it. Once it was unlocked, his eyes began to change, into a pink color, with a symbol with the irises, the four other nomads tried the same thing and soon realized they had the same ability. After going insane for a month, they realized, that this "eye" gave them the ability to control the heavens, control the weather! They soon named the eye, the "Storm Eye" and overused it's intentions. First, for the first year, they used it to give birth to huge crops, but, after they realized they could use this to attack small villages, and take over their land, and used the eye for evil. Village after village, they attempted to take over, but failed and succeed in one, once they took it over, people from other bordering nations heard that these nomads had the ability to control weather. Some were entertained, wanting the eye for evil deeds, some thought it was a curse, no one should be able to control weather. So, a small war broke out, and in the end, 3 of the nomads died, 1 was captured by a nation, and the last one escaped with his life, remembering never to use the eye again. The 1 that was captured died soon after, the village plucked out of the eyes, and soon put them into other people's bodies, however, they didn't know how to work the eye, leaving them disabled to activate the kekkei genkai and control the weather. The experiment soon died out, and everyone forgot about this storm eye, however, the last man that escaped was haunted by the memories, but after years he forgot or merely ignored the eye. The guy soon married a woman, and reproduced creating three children, as the three children got older and reproduced and after that those people reproduced...etc. Each person that had the guy's genes possessed the storm eye, however, most of the people never knew about it, nor did his wife, only SOME people that became a ninja unlocked the kekkei genkai, however, most of them merely thought it was a cool looking eye with no abilities at all, because they never tested it out on the weather. To this day, limited people know of the eye.

Clan's Kekkei Genkai or Bloodline Limit:
Arashigan - The Storm Eye.


Arashigan is the basic eye, every Sansai clansman must have this eye activate in order to utilize storm jutsus, or even control the weather's currents. Once the eye is active, the users will be able to do basic stuff with it, controlling weather patterns to producing natural disasters. The Sansai clansman have a lot of unique abilities besides just controlling the weather for defensive and offensive attacks. [[ Inbijiburu Fogu Tsuitou :: Invisible Fog Tracking Technique ]] is a basic ninjutsu which allows the Sansai clansman to utilize "invisible" fog in the air. This is usually always used when the Arashigan is active, once it is, the clansman will use the clouds to make fog proliferate down, however, this fog is invisible and not dense like an actual mist. The true purpose of this technique is, the fog can be traced back at the individual, and anything touching the fog will react with the clansman knowing. For example, a certain clansman uses the fog around a building, if someone touches the door knob, and the invisible fog is engulfing it, the clansman will know that the person is doing that exact thing. This is used to make the clansman not surprised and that they can't be caught off track, depending on the rank used is how large the area of fog can cover.

Some supplementary effects are cloud manipulation, such as bringing the clouds down, like a rain cloud in front of your head, or you could use the cloud as a shield. Other effects of storm use would just be basic Araton ninjutsu, which can be mastered as the element itself, not as a bloodline technique. Other then that, other eye changes will occur depending on the weather pattern you are hoping for, however, there is one last effect of the Sansai clan, that only ONE person in the entire clan has used as an advantage and a method.

Shido Sansai - a clansman living in Kirigakure [[my character]] has developed a technique which uses chemicals and extracts them into the invisible fog. [[ Baiaru Soubatsu :: Vial Extraction ]] This technique is used by Shido herself, she simply has vials of different type of chemicals {will be made in equipment section later}. Once she opens the vial, the chemical will extract into the air, and manipulating the fog using the Araton element, the fog will carry the chemical toward the opponent, and once they breathe it in, it is within them. This technique is a high level attack and won't be used until Shido is Chuunin+.

The Chakra amount of each switch actually depends whats happening.

The Arashigan to one of the other eyes would take up 1/10th of your chakra at genin, 1/15th at Chuunin, 1/20th at Jounin, and it barely takes up any at Sennin/Kages.

If the eye switches from a sub-eye to a sub-eye [I.e. Rain to Lightning] it would take more chakra up due to the amount of concentration already used. 1/5th at Genin, 2/15th at Chuunin, 1/10th at Jounin, and barely takes up any at Sennin/Kage levels.

Ame Arashigan - Rainy Storm Eye.

At will of the user, the Sansai clansman will close their eyes, as it turns blue along with a new symbol on it, representing Rain. Obviously, when this eye is active, it still has the same functions as the regular Arashigan such as the invisible fog, regular storm usage, and the vial extraction. But, once this eye is active, it will give the user the ability to conjure rain particles from the clouds. By manipulating the clouds using Araton chakra, the user will force particular number of clouds depending on the rank and chakra used, to make the cloud wet and dark. After this, the cloud will be forced too make rain droplets appear out, making rain. During this stage, the user can control how many droplets are coming out, how fast, and how effective. But, once the eye changes, the rain will follow. At Genin, they can allow the Rain to fall from 5 clouds at maximum, leaving about 10 meters of rain from an area. At Jounin they can make around 25 clouds make the rain fall, leaving around one mile of rain, and at Sennin/Kage, it would be possible to make the rain fall from an entire village area. During advantage stages, the user can use the rain droplets to maybe utilize a genjutsu if it touches an opponent's skin. Or, at Jounin, giving that the Storm element is made up of Lightning and Water, the clansman can manipulate the water droplets and do some cool moves with it, along with move it around, etc.

Kaminari Arashigan - Thunder Storm Eye.

At will of the user, the Sansai clansman will close their eyes, as it turns dark yellow along with a new symbol on it, representing Thunder. Obviously, when this eye is active, it still has the same functions as the regular Arashigan such as the invisible fog, regular storm usage, and the vial extraction. But, once this eye is active, it will give the user the ability to manipulate thunder storms. The Sansai clansman will manipulate the clouds in order to make thunder storms. At levels such as Chuunin or Jounin however, because Araton is made up for Raiton and Suiton, the individual can mix Araton and Raiton chakra together. While mixing, they can make thunder bolts more accurate, so during the thunder storm, they can produce strong thunder bolts to strike down at the opponent.

Atsusa Arashigan - Heat Storm Eye.


At will of the user, the Sansai clansman will close their eyes, as it turns redish orange along with a new symbol on it, representing Heat. Obviously, when this eye is active, it still has the same functions as the regular Arashigan such as the invisible fog, regular storm usage, and the vial extraction. But, once this eye is active, it will give the user the ability to manipulate the clouds to turn pure white and manipulate heat. Giving this right, the Sansai clansman will be able to make the weather hot. This certain eye isn't used a lot, mainly because the elemental affinity of Fire is something the clansman don't have, so this eye can't use most of its effects.

Kanbou Arashigan - Cold Storm Eye.


At will of the user, the Sansai clansman will close their eyes, as it turns light blue along with a new symbol on it, representing the Cold. Obviously, when this eye is active, it still has the same functions as the regular Arashigan such as the invisible fog, regular storm usage, and the vial extraction. But, once this eye is active, it will give the user the ability to control the clouds in order to make the land cold. Using this, the clouds will somewhat block the sun, and make it cold until this eye is active. At Genin and Chuunin, they can only make it moderately cold, like a breeze. But, as Jounin, Sennin, and Kage, they can make it extremely cold for blizzards, snow, and hail.

Kanpuu Arashigan - Windy Storm Eye.


At will of the user, the Sansai clansman will close their eyes, as it turns gray along with a new symbol on it, representing Wind. Obviously, when this eye is active, it still has the same functions as the regular Arashigan such as the invisible fog, regular storm usage, and the vial extraction. But, once this eye is active, it will give the user the ability to increase wind in the weather. This isn't really used for offense, because the Sansai clansman don't have the affinity over wind, making it useless. However, this eye is sometimes used when moves such as Tornados, Hurricanes, Monsoons and other things are in place, they need the wind to be materialized.

The Sansai clansman aren't evil nor good, they usually stay calm and neutral, they do good deeds, help others. However, they enjoy battle, and usually end up doing cruel things to their opponents.

Farming

The Sansai clan originally farmed crops, as they got their ability to control weather, they used it to make crops big and rich. Some clansman that have activated their kekkei genkai actually do use their eyes sometimes for this. Sunny, Rainy, Windy..etc.

-Clan Founder-

Sansai. His last name was unknown to the entire world, they didn't know if Sansai was his last or first name, so his wife named her last name after that phrase.

-Relationship-

Shido Sansai doesn't exactly know who the exact founder was, however, he was one of her 4 fathers, most likely the last one in the group.
