Approving Rules ~ Shinobi Bonds

I know. If you are staff but you are not a Admins, Normal Moderator or Approval Moderators you cannot approved Kages or Akatsuki. Only those people can approve them. To be kage you must get permission from me ORR Kida. Kida is second in command for Normal Mods.


(NOTE : Kida don't be surprised your name is in this. Just to tell you if people get permission for kage from me Ferb or you Kida they may make one. Same as Akatsuki..)
